01The challenge
Selling new and used laptops, phones and tablets in Venezuela, where buyers distrust fake warranties and pay in dollars or bolívares. The store needed to build trust, and the inventory had to be manageable from a phone without entering products twice.

A store that builds trust
A homepage with a real warranty, iPhone trade-in, shipping by Zoom and Tealca and the kit every laptop comes with (bag, mouse, Office and a streaming account). No sign-up: WhatsApp is one tap away.

A catalog with a cart and WhatsApp ordering
Filters by category, processor tier (basic, multitasking, power) and price range; every device with its specs, included accessories and a price in USD and in Bs at the day’s rate. The cart builds the order message with name, city and payment method and opens it in WhatsApp.

The store is run from the iPhone
TuTiendaTecno PRO, a native SwiftUI app, handles sales, orders, inventory, customers, collections and treasury. It shares the website’s database: a device added or sold in the app appears in or leaves the catalog without touching the site.

Products, sales, customers, orders and treasury one tap away, with business figures (not third-party data) on the dashboard.

Bolívar prices with no manual work
The day’s rate is fetched automatically with fallback sources and cached in the browser: if one fails, the next one answers.

No payment gateway, a clear order
The cart lives in the browser and the order reaches WhatsApp ready to go: devices, accessories, total, city and payment method.

A native app with no dependencies
SwiftUI with URLSession and async/await against the Supabase API: fast, light and free of third-party libraries.
