01The challenge
A roofing contractor was paying for three different platforms (Roofr, CompanyCam and Leap) to inspect, quote and manage customers. Data was scattered and three invoices arrived every month. They wanted a single in-house system, in English and Spanish for their crew.
02What we built
What we built
01
The website: free inspections, in English and Spanish
The company’s public face: a homepage with an aerial photo of a real roof and the "Free Inspection" button always within reach, a form that captures every free inspection request, services (repair, replacement, storm damage, inspection and insurance support) and the whole site in English and Spanish with one tap.

02
Trust you can see
Photos of real jobs ("Real Jobs. Real Results."), the real office in Worcester, MA (Suite 1245), 5.0 Google reviews and company stats. Designed mobile first, where most customers arrive.

03
CRM and scheduling
Every customer moves through a clear pipeline: lead, inspection, proposal, job and payment. With team scheduling and four roles with different permissions.

04
Inspections from the roof
GPS-tagged photos, checklist, aerial measurement and the customer’s signature on the inspector’s own phone.

05
PDF quotes
A quote builder assembles the proposal line by line and generates a branded PDF, ready to send.
06
Client portal
Customers review their proposal and progress from a link, no account needed.
04Craft details
Technical decisions, in plain words.
01
PDFs generated in the browser
Proposals are composed with React and exported to PDF without extra servers or paid services.
02
Photos built for the field
Photos are compressed on the phone before upload, and uploads retry automatically if the signal drops on site.
03
A password-free portal
Customers get in through a unique secure link: they see only their own job, with no sign-up.
