01The challenge
Beauty salons ran their calendar on paper notebooks and WhatsApp: missed appointments, clients who never came back and no idea how much came in each month. They needed a complete platform, affordable for a Venezuelan salon, that works in dollars, bolívares or pesos.

Salon dashboard
Daily and monthly revenue, calendar, balance with expenses and payroll, best-selling services and the day’s BCV rate always in view.

Online booking in four steps
Clients pick a service, a specialist, a day and a time from their phone. They only see truly free slots, and the salon gets notified instantly.

Map directory
A public directory to find salons by city and service, with starting prices and their location on the map.

Checkout on iPhone
A native SwiftUI app for the salon team: dashboard, appointments, point of sale, clients and bookings, in five tabs.

The whole platform on an iPhone
The second iOS app runs BeautySys itself: active salons, monthly recurring revenue, expiry alerts, renewals, requests and active users, without opening a laptop.

A website for every salon
Each salon gets its own page with services, WhatsApp and a booking button, without hiring a separate designer.

iOS apps without third-party SDKs
Both apps talk to the database directly over REST, with the session stored in the iPhone Keychain. Less weight, fewer dependencies, more control.

The system works on its own
22 server functions send appointment reminders, the daily Telegram summary and push notifications, and keep exchange rates up to date.

Real multi-currency
Each salon picks its currency: prices are stored on a stable base and shown in dollars, bolívares or pesos at the day’s rate.
